Our Mission
Boston Daniels, Corp.'s mission is to be a community-led force established to restore, uplift, and transform the Quindaro Peace & Arts District (Northeast Kansas City, Kansas), through peace-building, arts engagement, and sustainable development. We partner with residents, organizations, and institutions to revitalize historic spaces, expand creative opportunities, and build community-centered solutions that promote safety, belonging, economic mobility, and generational healing.
Boston Daniels Corp. is committed to ensuring that revitalization happens without displacement, honoring legacy while building an inclusive and thriving future.

Chief Boston Daniels Park Update:
Thanks to the dedication of the community, the Boston Daniels Park Committee, AARPA funding and the generous support of the Kemper Foundation, Boston Daniels Park is now approximately 75% complete and actively serving residents. The final phase will include the installation of the Chief Boston Daniels Monument by Ed Dwight, the first Black astronaut candidate and a nationally recognized sculptor. This milestone will permanently honor Chief Daniels’ legacy and solidify the park as a space for history, pride, and community healing.
GET INVOLVED
Healing Our Community
Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives and the people in our community that we stand with. From the moment we started our work in 2017, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Boston Daniels Corp. We strive to significantly impact the NE community in K.C. K.

Blvd Loft Community Garden
Join us in building community through food, gardening, and celebration—where nourishment is both healing and connection. The Blvd Lofts Community Garden and our upcoming Taste of Quindaro festival treat food as medicine, uplifting healthy living, fresh produce access, cultural food traditions, and resident-led sustainability. By volunteering to plant, harvest, and support family- and youth-centered activities, neighbors help grow wellness, pride, and long-term community resilience.
